You may use my graphics only on personal sites.
They CAN be used on greeting cards sites :)
If you have a commercial web site and are interested in using my graphics,
please Email me for purchasing a license.
You don't have to use everything in the set,
but no part of the set may be used with any other background set.
This set may not be used as stationery in emails,
nor may it be used on commercial, pay or member only sites. ex. (MSN groups, YAHOO groups etc.)
A link back to my site is mandatory
on the SAME page where the graphics are used.
Do NOT directly link to my graphics; this is both bandwidth theft and copyright infringement.
Please upload the images to your own server or web site directory.
Every set has a ZIP file containing the grapics and html for each set...
please use it to save your graphics for each page.
If you download one of my websets
Please use the my logo provided for you
in the zip files of the sets.

Most of my graphics are either from purchased photos or art purchased on cd's.
Only those are the ones I sell and are also copyrighted to daylight2twilight.com.
If I do find anyone violating our terms you WILL be prosecuted.
I restrict the use of my sets to "family friendly" sites only.
NO pornographic or "adult" sites,
occult, pagan, horoscopes, or wiccan sites, or sites for casinos, gambling, etc.
